What Can You Expect with Counseling & Coaching?
Our beautiful counseling center is located in North Dallas in Frisco, Texas. We provide private counseling, life coaching, or pastoral and biblical counseling for those with a faith-based worldview. Your first session includes a free 15 minute consultation in which we carefully listen, and explain our approach to whole person, faith-based counseling or coaching. We work with all peoples regardless of faith background or perspective.
Before your First Counseling Session
Before your first session we will give you access to your secure Client Portal. There you'll be able to login at any time to communicate with your counselor, complete any paperwork, and view and schedule your sessions. Everyone get's a free assessment at the beginning of your counseling journey with more throughout as needed.
At Your First Counseling Session
Our private, confidential offices are located in sunny, Frisco, Texas. All of our parking is free. You'll walk into our brand new facilities and be greeted by the friendly staff. Feel free to have a seat or grab a beverage as you wait in the welcome area. Your counselor will come out to greet you and lead you to our suite, suite 154.
Your counseling sessions will be custom catered to your unique needs and goals. Depending on what brings you in, your session can follow the TotalGenesis proprietary Decision Therapy Model®, Discovering Eden Marital Guide®, Self Mindedness: a Plan for Freedom from Depression®, Freedom from Addiction Now®, Temperament Therapy and more. Most often your counselor will work with you to craft a unique plan for your journey. We'll review the results of any assessments and talk about your goals, needs and journey. Your first session will be our intake session. We'll review your background in depth and gently get to know each other.
Start Counseling with a Free Appointment
Schedule your FREE Appointment: Your first appointment with TotalGenesis is absolutely free. This 15 minute session usually happens over the phone and allows you to share with us what's on your mind. We will also be able to answer any questions you may have. This will also give you a chance to know our counselors better and get a sense of what to expect.
We offer two easy ways to make an appointment:
You can call the TotalGenesis Christian Counseling Center confidential Client voicemail box at (210) 390-6929. Please leave us a brief message there. Our courteous staff will return your call and answer any questions you may have. We try to return calls promptly and can usually schedule an appointment within a week or two.
Alternatively, you can visit the TotalGenesis Booking System anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to schedule an initial FREE appointment, or to book and lock in your first session while there is availability. Your appointment will be confirmed within 1 business day. We will also give you access to your private client portal where you can communicate with your counselor directly, and fill out any necessary paperwork and assessments. From there we will discuss the next steps and make sure you have everything you need to get started.
